Broward County judge rules Florida’s gay marriage ban is unconstitutional - again!
Broward Circuit Judge Dale Cohen ruled that the Florida gay marriage ban violates equal protection as guaranteed by the 14th Amendment.
Twice married, twice divorced and now living with her wealthy lover Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi is expected to appeal Cohen’s ruling - again. Bondi has repeatedly stated that her strange belief that equal rights will be devastating to Florida families and economy.
